Working with your venue
Every venue is different, so we’ll work with you and your venue team to make sure the décor is suitable for the space and can be installed safely.
Where needed, we can arrange a venue visit to look at the space, discuss what you’d like to achieve and work out the best way to install everything.
We’ll also arrange access and setup times with the venue, so you know when we’ll be there and what’s involved.
If you’re booking several services from ourselves, we can coordinate the setup so everything works together and the venue isn’t dealing with lots of separate arrangements.

Looking for something a little different for your guests? Our audio guest books let friends and family leave you a recorded message rather than writing in a traditional guest book.
Guests simply pick up the phone and leave their message, whether it’s a quick congratulations, a funny story or a few words you’ll want to listen back to after the event.
