Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book with KT Entertainments?
Simply get in touch with details of your event and what you’re looking for. We’ll check availability and send you a quote. If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll prepare a booking agreement for you to review. Your booking is confirmed once the agreement has been accepted and your advance payment has been received.
Do I need to pay anything in advance when booking?
Yes, an advance payment is required to secure your booking. The amount depends on the package or services you’ve chosen, but is typically around 20–25% of the total booking cost. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
When will you set everything up?
We’ll arrange setup around your venue’s schedule, usually during the room turnaround before your event. Setup times depend on which services you’ve booked, and we’ll need enough time to get everything ready before your guests arrive. If you’re booking several services, we’ll factor this into the arrangements. Earlier setup may also be possible for an additional charge, so let us know if this is something you’d need.
