Corporate events come in all shapes and sizes, and the entertainment and equipment you need will depend on what you’re putting together.
We provide entertainment and event hire for Christmas parties, awards evenings, summer parties, team events, client entertaining, conferences and charity events, as well as larger outdoor events and concerts.
For some events, that might mean a DJ and dance floor. Others may need casino tables, photo booths, lighting or event décor. For larger productions, we can also provide PA, staging, AV and event lighting, with longer setup times and additional technical requirements taken into account.
Whatever you’re planning, we’ll work with you to put together the right combination of services for the event and the venue.
Corporate events across a range of venues
Corporate events can take place in very different settings, from company offices and hotels to racecourses, private event spaces and larger venues.
We’ve worked in a wide range of environments over the years, adapting our equipment and setup to suit the space and the way the event is being run.
For office-based events, we can work within the space you already have, while larger venues and outdoor events may require a more involved setup.
We’ll liaise with your venue or event team beforehand to understand the space, access arrangements and timings, and make sure the setup is planned around the requirements of your event
Corporate entertainment and event production
Depending on what you’re putting together, we can provide the equipment and entertainment needed to make the event work from start to finish.
For a company party or awards evening, that might mean a DJ, dance floor, lighting and photo booth. For a conference, presentation or larger production, we can also provide PA, staging, AV and event lighting.
We can also add more bespoke elements for corporate events, including branded casino tables and fun money, customised photo booth prints and skins, and bespoke gobo projections.
If you’ve already got an event plan in place, we’re happy to work alongside your existing suppliers and event team. If you’re still putting everything together, we can talk through what you need and help you work out what will suit the event.
PA, Staging & AV
We can provide PA, staging and AV for corporate events where clear sound, presentation equipment and a professional setup are important.
From company presentations and conferences to awards evenings, panel events and larger productions, we can provide the equipment needed for speakers, presentations, music and other parts of the event.
We can work with your event team to plan the setup around the venue, audience size and running order, including microphones, speakers, screens and other AV equipment where required.
For larger events, we can also provide staging, lighting and on-site technical support, giving you a complete setup rather than having to arrange each element separately.
Outdoor events & larger productions
Not every corporate event takes place in a conference room or hotel.
We also provide entertainment and event equipment for outdoor events, company summer parties, team events and larger productions, with setups planned around the space, access and running order.
For outdoor events, we can provide PA, staging and event lighting, with equipment and setup planned around the venue and the requirements of the event.
Outdoor events often need a little more planning around power, weather, access and setup times, so we’ll work with you and the venue or event team beforehand to make sure everything is properly organised.

Working with your event team
Corporate events often involve several people, suppliers and moving parts, so we make sure our side is properly organised before the event.
We’ll work with you or your event team to understand the running order, venue requirements, access arrangements and setup times, then make sure everything we’ve been booked to provide is ready when it’s needed.
If you’re using other suppliers, we’re happy to work alongside them too. Our aim is simply to make our part of the event straightforward, well organised and easy for you to manage.

We provide entertainment and event hire for all sorts of corporate events, including Christmas parties, awards evenings, summer parties, team events, client entertaining, conferences and charity events.

Can you provide branded corporate entertainment?
Yes. We can add branding to several of our services, including our casino hire, with branded fun money, personalised casino chips and branded baize layouts, as well as photo booths with branded covers and print templates.
We can also create customised gobos for lighting, giving you another way to bring your company branding or event design into the space
Can you work with our existing event team or suppliers?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work alongside your event team, venue and other suppliers. We’ll liaise with them beforehand to understand access arrangements, timings and any requirements that affect our setup.

Yes. We provide PA, staging and event lighting for outdoor events, company summer parties, team events and larger productions.

How far in advance should we book?
It depends on the size and type of event, but it’s worth getting in touch as soon as you have your date and venue confirmed, particularly for larger events or popular dates.
