We’ll work with your venue and follow the timings and arrangements you’ve agreed with them, so the DJ setup fits neatly into the day’s schedule.
Your music, your way
Once your booking is confirmed, you can add your music choices through our online planning system. Add your first dance, must-play songs and anything you definitely don’t want us to play, then leave the rest to us.
You can build your playlist by searching for songs and artists, or import a playlist you’ve already put together in Spotify. If you’d like to discuss your music or have questions about the evening, we’re always happy to help.
On the night, we’ll play the music you’ve chosen and make sure your must-play songs are included. If you’ve given us a shorter playlist, we’ll use your choices to get a feel for what you like and select additional music that fits the evening and keeps the dance floor moving.
The practical side is taken care of
We’ll liaise with your venue where needed and work around their arrangements for access, setup and timings. Our equipment is set up and tested before your evening gets underway, so there’s nothing for you to worry about on the day.
If your timings change as the wedding plans come together, just let us know. We’ll discuss any adjustments with you and make sure we have the information we need before the big day.

If you’ve put together a longer playlist, we’ll play your chosen music. If you’ve only selected a smaller number of songs, we’ll use those choices to understand what you like and build around them on the night.
Can we give you a Do Not Play list?
Yes. If there are songs, artists or types of music you definitely don’t want to hear, you can add them to your Do Not Play list through the online planning system. We’ll take this into account when putting the music together for your evening.
How far in advance should we book our wedding DJ?
Once your wedding date and venue are confirmed, it’s worth checking availability, particularly for popular dates. If you’re planning your wedding closer to the date, get in touch anyway and we’ll let you know if we’re available.
